Delete your account and data
You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app.
- Email info@uniphy.world from the email address linked to your Uniphy account.
- Use the subject Uniphy account deletion request and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. Never send your password or a verification code.
- If you cannot access that email address, contact the same address for help verifying account ownership. We will confirm the request and its completion by email.
What is deleted?
The deletion covers your account identity and email address, authentication credentials and sessions, cloud-synchronised entries and attachments, and associated social profile, messages, connections and notification settings stored by Uniphy. Local files on your own devices are not remotely erased; use the app's local-data controls or remove its app data separately.
Timing and retained data
Account-associated data is removed from our servers within 30 days after account ownership is confirmed. If a record must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific security or fraud-prevention reason, we will explain which record, why it is retained and its applicable retention period in the response to your request. App-store purchase records are managed separately by Google Play or Apple under their own retention policies.
Delete from the app
Open Uniphy → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm the deletion. You may be asked to authenticate again. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription: manage any active subscription in Google Play or Apple subscription settings to stop future renewals.
Delete particular data instead
You may also email info@uniphy.world with the specific data you want removed while keeping your account. We may need to verify account ownership first.

Schreibe von deiner bei Uniphy hinterlegten E-Mail-Adresse an info@uniphy.world, Betreff Uniphy Konto löschen. Bitte um Löschung deines Kontos und der zugehörigen Daten. Du musst die App dafür nicht installieren. Sende kein Passwort und keinen Bestätigungscode. Falls du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die Adresse hast, helfen wir bei der Identitätsprüfung.
Gelöscht werden die Kontoidentität einschließlich E-Mail-Adresse, Zugangsdaten und Sitzungen, synchronisierte Einträge und Anhänge sowie zugehörige soziale Daten und Benachrichtigungseinstellungen auf unseren Servern. Die Löschung erfolgt innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Bestätigung der Kontoinhaberschaft. Müssen einzelne Daten aus gesetzlichen Gründen oder konkret zur Sicherheits- oder Betrugsprävention aufbewahrt werden, nennen wir dir diese Daten, den Grund und die Aufbewahrungsdauer in unserer Antwort. Kaufbelege in den App-Stores unterliegen deren eigenen Regeln.
Alternativ: Uniphy → Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen. Lokale Daten auf deinen Geräten werden dadurch nicht aus der Ferne gelöscht. Ein laufendes Abo bitte separat bei Google Play oder Apple kündigen. Einzelne Daten kannst du ebenfalls per E-Mail zur Löschung angeben, ohne dein Konto zu löschen.
